Our Business Policies

Ordering

We do our best to process all orders within 3 business days; if it's going to take longer, we'll call or email you to let you know when it will ship and why it's delayed. On occasion, two different shoppers will purchase the same item before we can take it off the site. Our policy, in this event, is that the first shopper to complete payment will receive the item and the second buyer will receive a refund.

Payment

We accept credit cards and electronic checks through our online shopping cart and accept money orders and personal checks via US mail. We use Paypal for our shopping site, but you do not have to be a member of Paypal to purchase from us online. You will need to establish a Paypal account if you want to pay via online check, or you can mail us a check with your order (see above). Note that returned checks incur a $30.00 fee.

Shipping

You will be charged for shipping costs with each order or partial order. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We can also ship FedEx Overnight Delivery if you specifically request it. The purchaser is always responsible for shipping costs, which are included in our shopping cart. If you are an international customer, the shipping prices on our shopping cart will not be correct. For international customers, we will send you the price for shipping, usually with 2 options (i.e. parcel post vs. global priority). You will be charged the actual cost of shipping.

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you are not pleased with any item you receive, you can:

Return the item(s) in original condition with the original receipt/packing slip within 30 days for a full refund. Shipping costs are not refundable and you must pay for return shipping. Please email us before returning an item to let us know you are making a return to make sure it gets processed ASAP.

Repairs

All ArtTess creations carry a lifetime guarantee with the exception of watch works. Watch works are guaranteed by the manufacturer from one year of purchase. If you need a repair, return the item with a note of where to send the repaired item -- just be sure to email us first so that we know to expect it! We will pay for the return shipping to you; you are responsible for postage to get it to us for repair. Or you can drop it off at our booth a one of our shows, and we'll repair it and send it back to you free of charge.
